Best appointed experience design consultants for Rail Projects Victoria

Following a competitive market tender process, Best is thrilled to announce being successfully appointed as consultants managing the experience design for Rail Projects Victoria, including its visitor centre in the Melbourne CBD and Victoria-wide community activations, for the next three years. 

Following the successful design and launch of Metro Tunnel HQ in Swanston Street in June 2018 which so far has attracted over 150,000 visitors up until its temporary closure due to COVID-19, Best Founder + Chief Experience Officer, Jacob Burke, said that it was incredibly exciting to be afforded the opportunity to continue our experience design efforts with the team at RPV as their important rail infrastructure pipeline continues to grow.

Rail Projects Victoria is part of the Major Transport Infrastructure Authority (MTIA) and currently oversees Melbourne Airport Rail, the Metro Tunnel and Regional Rail Revival.
