UNSW CBD Campus wayfinding

The University of New South Wales (UNSW) new inner-city flexible campus spans two floors within the Sydney CBD. A 5-Star Green Star retrofit, the careful curation of materials and forms by the architects is also reflected in the signage and wayfinding, referencing the curved forms of the ground and ceiling planes as well as the timber and joinery highlight colours. The wayfinding is complemented by an array of environmental graphics, digital signage, and integrated placemaking pieces throughout. The project showcases the careful design and alignment of the signage with the interior design drivers, demonstrating what is possible when interior design and wayfinding are truly integrated.
